Although our hospital has been severely damaged by hurricane Sandy, our staff is committed to serving you as best as possible during this difficult recovery. Please know that we are fully available to you for support and medical care during this crisis and recovery and continue to serve our loyal and wonderful family of clients while we rebuild our hospital.

Food and Medication Reorders
Prescription refills and food orders can be called in to (516) 432-2946 or 432-2947. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be filled. You will be able to pick up your orders at All Creatures between the hours of 1:30pm and 3:30pm.
We encourage our clients to utilize ePetHealth to access pet records, schedule appointments, reorder medication or place a food order. If you have not signed up yet go to www.epethealth.com to register.
Dr. Gelfand and Dr. Geltman have begun appointment hours daily at our hospital in Long Beach plus appointment and In Patient services at our temporary, full service animal hospital in Franklin Square. House call service has also begun. Please call 516-432-2946 or 516-432-2947 to schedule an appointment.
